The Scottish Rite Foundation of Washington provides fellowships and scholarships to qualified applicants to preserve American principles through education with the objectives of developing a corps of morally responsible young adults, directing the priorities of our youth toward the ideas of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, and of promoting better government by educating young people who have high ideals and integrity for careers in the public sector.
